CARE AND MAINTENANCE :
The best place to store the iron is where it will not absorb moisture, as it should be lubricated (with coconut or mineral oil) and kept in this way to keep it rust free for a lifetime. If surface rust occurs due to negligent care, it can easily be wiped off with a mixture of vinegar and lime and recoated with mineral or coconut oil (the best food-grade lubricants for iron steel to date).
